Honest takes. Real talks. Better matches.

Hypoll is a place for honest answers, real conversations, and meaningful matches.

We want people to feel safe enough to share what they think, ask questions, and connect with others without harassment, discrimination, threats, exploitation, or abuse.

Our goal is to build a community where people can be real, respectful, and open to different perspectives.

  1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Hypoll has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You may not post, send, share, or encourage content that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, drug-related, illegal, abusive, spammy, or otherwise harmful to the community.

Users who violate these rules may have their content removed, account access limited, or account suspended or banned.

  1. Content we do not allow

The following content is not allowed on Hypoll:

Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, immigration status, or other protected characteristics.

Harassment, bullying, humiliation, stalking, threats, or abusive behavior.

Sexual exploitation, sexual violence, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or sexual content involving minors.

Drug-related content, including promotion, sale, purchase, or encouragement of illegal or controlled substances.

Illegal activity, criminal coordination, trafficking, fraud, blackmail, doxxing, or weapon-related threats.

Violent threats, self-harm encouragement, or content that promotes physical harm.

Spam, scams, impersonation, manipulation, fake accounts, or attempts to abuse Hypoll’s systems.

Content that makes the community unsafe, hostile, or untrustworthy.

  1. Reports and blocks

You can report content or users at any time. You can also block users who make you feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or disrespected.

When you block a user, their content may be removed from your experience immediately. Blocking or reporting may also create a moderation record for Hypoll to review.

Reports help us protect the community and identify content or behavior that may violate our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

  1. Enforcement

Hypoll reviews reports within 24 hours.

We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban users, or take other action when content or behavior violates our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account removal.

We may also take action when content or behavior creates risk for users, the community, or Hypoll, even if the specific situation is not listed in these guidelines.

  1. Platform protection

We may take action against behavior that harms Hypoll, our users, or the integrity of the community.

This includes spam, scams, fake accounts, impersonation, coordinated abuse, attempts to evade moderation, misuse of reports or blocks, manipulation of matching systems, or attempts to abuse Hypoll’s invitation, poll, chat, or recommendation features.

Hypoll may use automated tools, manual review, user reports, and safety signals to detect and respond to harmful activity.

  1. Contact

If you need to report a safety issue, appeal a moderation decision, or contact Hypoll about our Community Guidelines, you can reach us through the Hypoll Support Assistant in the app or by email at:
